biz.yahoo.com/e/060202/pixr8-k.htmlOutlines an extension of the Disney/Pixar Co-production agreement to cover Ratatouille. There are changes to the agreement that make it look more like the kind of distribution deal we had expected all along. I'll guess it's designed to ensure that Ratatouille makes it to theaters by Summer '07, even if the merger goes awry. Comments?

CYA
yes indeed, makes a lot of sense - good for both. maybe a little disappointed that it appears Disney get Theme Park rights at no cost to them (which what would couple million mean to Pixar's hoard anyways). Best to have it in place and not bicker about it.
Assures a summer release in '07; as far as I can tell.
